These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The Purpose-Filled Kitchen websites, products, services, classes, programs, digital resources, and other offerings.
The Purpose-Filled Kitchen™ is operated by Straight Talk No Sugar Added, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms apply to our websites and related online services, including:
- thepurposefilledkitchen.com

- Any webpages, online stores, landing pages, registration pages, or services operated by us that link to these Terms.
By accessing our website, purchasing a product or service, registering for a program or class, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products or services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases, enter into agreements, or register for adult programs through our website unless otherwise stated.
Programs or culinary experiences that permit participants under 18 may require registration, consent, waivers, or agreements completed by a parent or legal guardian.
You agree that information you provide to us will be accurate, current, and complete.
3. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information.
Please review the Privacy Policy available on our website.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, replace, or update an offering at any time.
Specific products, classes, programs, or services may also contain additional terms, policies, registration requirements, or agreements.
When additional terms apply to a specific purchase or program, those terms become part of your agreement with us.
5. Purchases and Payments
When you make a purchase, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information.
You authorize us and our third-party payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for the amount shown at checkout, including applicable taxes and fees.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to:
- Change prices
- Correct pricing errors
- Modify promotions
- Refuse or cancel transactions when reasonably necessary
- Limit quantities
- Discontinue products or services
If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully processed, we will provide an appropriate refund for the canceled portion of the purchase.
6. Refunds, Cancellations, and Transfers
Refund and cancellation policies may differ depending on the type of product or service purchased.
The refund, cancellation, rescheduling, or transfer terms presented on the applicable sales page, checkout page, registration form, enrollment agreement, or program agreement will govern that purchase.
Digital Products and Downloads
Due to the immediate-access nature of digital products, downloadable materials, cookbooks, templates, recipes, and similar digital content, these purchases are generally non-refundable once access or delivery has been provided, except where otherwise required by law or expressly stated at the time of purchase.
Culinary Classes, Workshops, and Events
Culinary classes, workshops, and events may have their own cancellation, rescheduling, substitution, and refund policies.
The applicable policy will be provided during registration or on the corresponding sales or registration page.
Because ingredients, space, staffing, and other resources may be purchased or reserved in advance, late cancellations and no-shows may not qualify for a refund.
Coaching, Courses, and Programs
Coaching services, courses, educational programs, and other extended services may be subject to separate enrollment, cancellation, payment-plan, or refund terms.
Those terms will be disclosed before or at the time of purchase and will govern that program.
Memberships and Recurring Payments
If we offer a membership, subscription, or other recurring-payment service, the price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation process will be disclosed before enrollment.
By enrolling in a recurring-payment service, you authorize recurring charges according to the terms disclosed at the time of purchase until the subscription is canceled or otherwise ends.
Instructions for cancellation will be provided with the applicable membership or subscription.
7. Payment Plans
Certain programs or services may allow payment plans.
A payment plan is a commitment to pay the total purchase price according to the agreed payment schedule unless the specific program agreement states otherwise.
Stopping participation in a program does not automatically cancel remaining payment obligations.
The cancellation and payment terms presented at enrollment will govern.
Failure to make required payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the applicable program, service, class, materials, or benefits.
