Who Am I Anyway?

This is Me in a Nutshell!

Hey, I’m Neena Perez—life and business coach, culinary educator, and Kingdom woman on a mission. I went from surviving childhood abuse, domestic violence, and teen motherhood to building a life fueled by faith, resilience, and bold vision.

Now, I empower others to step into their God-given greatness—whether they’re building a business, leading a team, or rediscovering their purpose. From the kitchen to the coaching chair, I help people align their lives with divine design and walk it out with confidence.

BEYOND THE KITCHEN

My journey has taken me from feeding thousands through culinary programs to coaching women through shame, leadership, and legacy—and one thing remains true in every space I enter:

Purpose is always on the menu.

I’m not just a chef. I’m a purpose strategist. Whether I’m in a kitchen teaching knife skills, on a Zoom call coaching women of faith to rise in business, or mentoring students and underserved communities toward career paths they never imagined possible—my mission is the same: to ignite what God put in them and show them they were never meant to live small.

With a degree in Hospitality and Culinary Management and certifications in NLP, Positive Intelligence, and Life Coaching, I bring more than skill—I bring strategy, soul, and spiritual alignment.

And now, with The Purpose-Filled Kitchen™, I’m pulling up chairs at the table—real conversations with real people, over recipes that feed more than bellies. This isn’t just food. This is faith, healing, legacy, and leadership—served hot.

Because purpose doesn’t start or end in the kitchen. It follows you—into your business, your story, your calling. And I’m here to help you find it.
