Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need prior cooking experience to join?
Absolutely not. This is a judgment-free kitchen. You don’t need to be “good at cooking” to deserve a spot at the table. This mentorship is specifically designed to meet you exactly where you are—whether you are a total beginner starting with how to hold a knife, or an experienced home cook looking to fill in the gaps and transition to cooking without recipes.
How many women will be in my cohort?
Strictly limited to 6 women. We keep our groups incredibly small so that you never feel lost in a crowd. This ensures you get your own dedicated, spacious prep station, plenty of direct one-on-one coaching from Chef Neena, and a genuine, tight-knit community of women who truly support each other.
Is this program faith-based?
Yes, but gently and naturally. Faith is a beautiful part of my life and kitchen, and it shines through in how we gather—through simple, respectful reflections, gratitude, and warm conversations around the dinner table. You don’t need to have anything “figured out” spiritually to feel completely welcomed, embraced, and at home here.
What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?
We’ve got you covered. Once you secure your spot, you’ll have the opportunity to share any major food allergies or dietary restrictions with me. Whenever possible, I will provide simple swaps or alternative ingredients so you can actively participate, practice the physical techniques, and enjoy the meals safely.
What happens if I have to miss a session?
Life happens, and we completely understand. If you have to miss a Saturday, you won’t be left behind. You will still receive the full curriculum blueprints, recipes, and detailed technique notes for that week so you can practice at home. During our next session, I’ll make sure to give you a quick, hands-on recap of the core skills you missed so you stay right on track.
